Buck-ID Access

A valid Buck-ID is required to enter Baker Systems and Computing Labs during off hours (Weekdays 5pm - 8am, and all Weekends & Holidays). Students who are majored in ISE can also access the ISE Student Lounge in BE211, which requires Buck-ID swipes 24/7. Access is granted on a per semester basis and are set to expire a few days after the next semester starts. Students' Buck-ID access are activated automatically for Autumn and Spring semesters as long as they are registered for classes at the start of the semester.

There may be  a few circumstances where your Buck-ID is not activated automatically (such as an incomplete record at Registrar office, late class registration, Summer semester, etc.). In these cases, you need to fill out a paper form, which is available in BE210 Main Office or BE392, in person. Please note, your Buck-ID contains two numbers, the first short one is referred to as your Employee ID, and the long number is referred to as your Buck-ID number. Because that Buck-ID number is considered Restricted S4 Data, electronic transmission of this information is strictly prohibited.
